Why there are no designer's fees? How do you make money?
We are paid by our vendors, so with the purchase, your design is free. There are contractor fees, cleaning fees, and labor fees, but no designer fees (usually 15% of goods).
I only need ideas.
Happy to give them! One room design project is a flat fee of $250 or $100 per hour. We can present ideas in so many ways. Visualizing on paper, shopping together, or rearranging. Leave us a note and we will figure out the best way to work with you.
What is the time frame for a project?
We can start right away. The finished product depends on custom selections and contractor availability. Estimated time frame about 2 weeks to 6 months. Need your space looking great as soon as tomorrow? We might be able to do it!
